    Re-Create Password EVERTIME?

    I'm sorry if this has been covered here before but I'm going to ask anyways because I couldn't find anything.

    Every single time I log into FF14 I get an error saying my account has been locked due to suspicious activity and it makes me change my password. It keeps trying to get me to buy some sort of protection thing, but is that the only option?

    It's getting super annoying and I haven't played in a week due to the reoccurance.
    Any help would be swell. Thank you.

    Are you playing on different computers or networks or are you playing on the same computer and network? (like are you playing from work, then coming home to play from home etc)

    If you have an android or iphone, the one-time password app is free. It does the same thing as the security token.

    I don't believe so. The problem has only just started happening and has been the past week or so.
