Fantasia purchase: OUT of options on Mogstation

I was directed by a GM to post this on the official forums, as I am getting bounced around from CS to GMs. I'll admit, I have been indecisive about my character so I've kinda played a little race roulette over the past few months since coming back to the game. I've purchased the 1,3,5 variants from Mogstation so I am of course SOL in terms of character tweaking at this point.

I've asked for a ITEM RESTORE on a phail and the GMs keep telling me that it can be purchased from the Mogstation, customer service keeps telling me to go to a GM to get an item restore request. I'm just frustrated at this point with the lack of communication between these teams and the fact they DON'T READ what I send, they just reply with a canned answer and just forget about it.

I'd appreciate an actual response from customer service..I don't think what I am asking for is too much. I'd gladly pay, that's not a problem..and if I can't get a restore, when do you expect to get around this ridiculous limitation?

Yes I know I shouldn't have been changing races like underwear..but I just want my little lalafell back ANY info would be appreciated. This was really the first time I contacted support, and I was not impressed at all, thanks.

I'm also in the same boat. I'd be willing to use my item restore on a fantasia, yes, I have used all of the currently obtainable ones, if only I could get in contact with someone. I hope we can all get a response soon. I know the GMs are very busy but if one of them could tell us our options it would be much appreciated.

Heh indecisive people unite! Glad to see I'm not alone here. I wanted to try different races (I know that I could have probably created alts..but just not the same thing as playing as my main). Before I knew it I ran out and didn't have the option for more :/ When I got a GM response they directed me to customer service, when I contacted CS they said to "make a post on the official forums". Can we PLEASE get some kind of answer on this SE if you're listening to what your customers want?

They could at least make them tradable so that those of us who still have theirs can give them or sell them to people who don't have any.

Don't worry, I'm in the same boat. I love my character now, but I also have used up all of the current options. I expect I'll be playing this game for a long time in the future, and really want to have the opportunity to purchase more whenever I feel like it.
