Any NA based FC that have active members late night? (CST)

I posted asking this before, but I couldn't find it, so here it is again:
I am in CST, and currently on an EU server. This normally wouldn't present a problem, except for the fact that I work 3pm-11pm, and frequently do not get to play until Midnight. I just wondered if there were any other night owls on an NA server that cater to those of us who have these horrid time frames? I would love to get into a static for 8 man content, my progression is a bit lacking in that arena. You can only do so much with DF. Any info or guild members that could give me some info would be greatly appreciated. I love this game, but it sucks so hard being a responsible adult XD

My fc is active, we have players in many different time zones mostly in the pst. But we have players in the est and I'm from the cst. We also have a few players that are from Japan.

Is Jenova Legacy or Standard? And how would you say the quality of the server was, such as activity and PF and what not. Just curious..

From what I gathered when I got back a couple months ago, Jenova is the newest server in NA data centers, launching with PS4 release. Any legacy server will be marked on the list with (NA Legacy) or (JP Legacy) after its name - and typically always full till odd hours lol.

As for finding a FC I can't help much. The group I'm with do have nightowls but they are much more carefree and at-will type of people than setting up statics. Typically when I was looking for a FC (and I have odd hours also for PST), I just would randomly open Player Search without any name input to see what type of FC's were around during that time, sans people with the afk marker lol. It's how I pretty much came across the FC I have now.
