Maybe down the road they will. Maybe the ARM/BSM could specialize in one type of metal, bronze, mythril, cobalt etc.. Add some specialized armor or weapons. Same for carpenter. GSM could maybe do on specific type of jewelery, rings, necklace, earrings. Same could go for the rest, specialize in one or two types of material.
