[dev1124] Hiding Main Hand Arm & Tool Graphics

I don't think it's an awful idea, (I think it is unnecessary) but I would have liked to see helm display on/off before weapon.

-_- it's already in the game. Do people bother reading the patch notes or even the Lodestone?
