    Most efficient way to SB now

    Since the change to how spiritbond works in one of the more recent patch, what ilevel equipment is optimal for SB in the expert roulette dungeons?

    Whats the ettiquette for SB? right side only or both left and right side? (I am a healer)

    Hmmm this went unanswered but I assume you mean Snowcloak, Sunken Temple HM, and Sastasha HM right? I believe they're made for i110.

    Generally inefficient. If you're looking to spiritbond battle materias more effectively, get the i45 - 49 sets, and either spiritbond in Urth's Gift in South Shroud, or run either of the Main Scenario dungeons (Castrum Meridianum or Praetorium).
