FFXIV Matchmaking system broken!

Ok this is starting to annoy me, can someone tell me how it is possible that im waiting 50+ minutes in queue per match of Frontlines?

This game has 2.5+ Million players.
My only conclusion is that you matchmaking system is a joke. It need fixing or it is not worth the time investing.

When you "Examine" a person with the controller, the writing at the bottom which should be "Sub-Commands" is in Japenese
