Titan EX is just bad news all around. Especially in DF

PS4 to PS3 is night and day. I started out on PS3 and that first day on PS4, I have to say, was pretty mind-blowing. I had issues on Titan EX on my PS3. PS4 came along and those problems were just gone forever. Didn't even need to know when plumes were coming, I was just instantly able to dodge through pure reflex. It's wonderful. Still not as powerful as a top of the line gaming PC, but more than enough to function perfectly fine in the game.
Later in the fight the arena is tiny, no room for it. And theres even wotl followed instantly by another wotl. I suggest learning titans rotation, and knowing when it's coming. Moving pre emptively isn't good because it would possibly wipe the group but still, knowing " ok heart phase, plumes coming soon" will surely help you to prepare to dodge.
Apart from the arena getting smaller and everyone has to stack at post heart, it's really frustrating for me, as a healer, when people hangout in the back because they aren't in range to receive any of the group heals in pre heart phase. I've lost count on how many times dps gripes at me for not getting heals because they aren't in range for medicas.
Yes get a PS4 and my suggestion get a hybrid hdd so a bit of flash on it and the rest spinning rust. It helps with load times a bit as well. Without costing an arm and a leg.

OP, you can try to anticipate. Right before plumes, there's usually several second of free time. Titan will remember all player spot on that time to unleash plumes. You can just run away from that spot 1 second before plume animation popped.
This is really evident on second phase where Titan does 2 plumes in 1 rotation. If you take notice, the 2nd plume will initiate several second longer than 1st one. That is where you know Titan is "recording" your current position.
Learn this secret and you can master this fight easily. I can even beat Titan X when I play using mobile phone connection which fluctuates alot.![]()
