Recent Behavior in Trial Duties (stemming from Nexus)

With the recent addition of the relic progression (Nexus), behavior in trial roulette has become a bit absurd. With people farming these, there are those who join in trials and immediately dash into the fight, which does not allow for healers to cast protect or stoneskin. In addition, some users may still be catching up with loading delays (and this can often be problematic for fights where positioning is more important than in others, such as Titan Hard Mode).

To the development team: How should players who are not quite ready to engage in battle handle these situations? Understandably, other players should not have to wait several minutes for this, but in the case of a slight loading delay or where healers simply want to reduce damage to heal (and protect against Titan stomps does help, especially when newer players with lower HP are involved), this is only an aggregate total of around 18 seconds.

As a player who wants to responsibly protect the party, how should this be handled when the tank shows disregard and immediately engages? Is not immediately healing considered a ToS violation; or, are the players initiating battles without allowing others to get their bearing in violation?

With more people progressing into the Nexus phase, this will only continue, and I would like to know how to handle this in a respectful and fair way.

Did you guys win though? If you are and able to beat it short period of time and you are getting something out of it, what seam to be the problem? This hard mode trial roulette is really old contents now. Almost everyone is out gear for it. There always still some fun in the extreme version.

My Issue with this is that of a moral standard. I think it's just WRONG. What if a group of newcomers want to really experience the fight? Why should they have to be inconvenienced by some jerkoff tank that wants to grind his Nexus. It's like we're being their tools. And there ain't nothing more disrespectful and insulting than being disregarded and thought of as some tool for one's benefit by a complete stranger . Just my thoughts. It's a miracle I haven't experienced this in dungeons.... yet.

You're pretty much getting a free carry. Just accept it or leave if people are moving too fast for you to experience content.

Thats even more of a disrespect. Are you serious, man?Did I ask to be carried? No. I lilke to LEARN CONTENT, so that I may one day MASTER said content and possibly TEACH said content to newcomers. Therefore doing my part in trying to fix our already bad reputation as a MMO community.

I'd rather have an eager tank over 2 tanks that would rather have the other tank lead and start the fight. Standing for like 3 minutes waiting for one of the tanks to lose their chicken game is super annoying.

Pretty obvious you should be reporting the tanks if they aren't letting you cast protect on the party. Toxic players like that have no place in this MMO.

Do you even need protect for old content, when you're geared out in ilv90-110 gear?
And you can protect after the fight as begun, so I really don't see a problem in this.

If EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THAT TRIAL DUTY GROUP HAS SAID GEAR, then it would be okay to speedrun said content, because nobody is new. Now... what if someone was new... and wanted to honestly learn the content? Hmm?
