Overmelds on i90 accessories, you want to buy a lot because you are having to do many 7-12% melds and it makes sense to just overestimate the amount you need and sell the leftovers at the prices you personally inflated. There's no way that's the case. Someone actually trying to sell these, wouldn't put them up in a stack of 99.

My guess is these belong to someone who obtained them through not-so-legitimate methods, just showing off.
