It can go two ways. One way, like you said, the multi-boxers farming on a script 24/7. Two, a serious gambler buying low and selling high.

There's no way that's the case. Someone actually trying to sell these, wouldn't put them up in a stack of 99.

My guess is these belong to someone who obtained them through not-so-legitimate methods, just showing off.
