    Issue with fantasia purchase..

    I'm not sure what to do here so I'm hoping someone can help me. I purchased a bottle of fantasia from the mog station for 10$.

    I waited 3 hours and still didn't receive it so I checked my old mailbox messages and realized I had received one MONTHS ago as a subscription reward.

    I'm guessing this is preventing me from receiving the one I just purchased.. but now I'm out 10$ and only have 1 bottle when I should have 2..

    Help?

    You can hold more than one at a time, so I doubt it would be stopping you from getting it. Did you completely clean out your mailbox?
