I know a guy who buys Gil from a FC on my server. The type of FCs that sell end game content and use some of that gil to sell IRL via PayPal. Wouldn't that be considered against the ToS? Because its definitely happening and it's happening on several other servers as well

Of course that's again the ToS to sell in game virtual currency for real life money, behind SquarEnix's back.
