    The only "service" you will get from Square Enix is disservice. Square Enix has the WORST customer "service" I have ever encountered and it has spanned across every game of theirs I've ever played on every platform.

    Square enix customer service staff, along with 99% of customer service staff around the world get paid the same amount whether you go away happy or not, in other words why should they bother doing any type of work when their monthly pay check will be exactly the same whether they get rid of bots, make you happy or leave you fuming. check out this video to see where customer service is at these days, I promise you it is hilarious. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2g0XMx1sFEA
