Help I can not log with the square enix my account

good Morning
* I open this topic to ask for help and advice about my big problem.
* Let me explain my situation.
* In June I bought FFXIV on steam and I played this game from my pc.
* But my pc is a bit older and while setting all the video settings to the minimum I often went in spurts.
* I then decided to buy the ps4 and now I have also bought ffxiv on ps4.
* I registered the copy of the game from the ps4 and after I went on the website to register my square enix account.
* obviously I did not create a new account but I used my old credentials that I used previously.
* then I made the link to the psn account (again from square enix site).
* but then trying to access the game from my ps4 always tells me that Id or password is incorrect.
* But .... but I'm sure you are correct because inserting them from the PC to go on the website of square enix use those.
* No one here in the forum has never happened to pass from the pc to the ps4?
* what could be the problem?

after about the 20th attempt now works.
strange. I did not do anything different this morning than I did last night. but now it works
