If it's supposed to be a Gil sink, wouldn't it make more sense to make it more accessible? Like the glamour system being gated behind level 50. If you could glamour from the start, wouldn't that mean more people spending money? Especially in lower levels, you level so fast and outgrow your armor that in order to maintain glamours you would constantly be buying glamour prisms. The stuff that's all stupidly gated and labeled as Gil sinks would pull more money if it was accessible to 100% of people playing instead of whatever percentage it actually is due to being gated.
Agree, I was wondering that too. If everyone can have a house a lot more people would sink gil into decorations for the house...If it's supposed to be a Gil sink, wouldn't it make more sense to make it more accessible? Individual only wards? More wards in general? They're just band-aids but they seem better as options than the small speck of band-aid people are getting right now.

If someone gets the chance to speak with him could they bring up instance housing, and systems like wild star's? if need be ffximog house (as I imagine a escape-goat "that doesn't work", FFXI, and other mmos say otherwise)
Nice house Naunet ^^

I think personal housing should have been treated like a cross between Mog houses and Mog gardens in XI. Give the player their little instanced corner of wherever with a house and space for outside furniture/garden plots/etc, then furnish the inside as you like.

Agree he should have made housing accessible and then put the gilsink afterwards.
Only by looking at ancient MMOs: make housing accessible but put weekly maintenance fees. SWG did this. Heck even FF11 did this to an extent where you had to pay currency for your mog locker.

Well now there proof that people are only buying up these plots to sell them for twice the price - at the moment there is two listings in PF on Hyperion.
*Edit- I checked the 2nd one and it a FC selling their house and is at least a bit more reasonable then this one I posted. They are only selling it for 6mil.

I agree that buying recent plots/houses then selling them is kinda underhanded. But the screen you posted is prob just a person/small FC trying to sell their house because they either don't want it anymore, want a bigger house or leaving the game. My reasoning is due to the fact that it is on Ward 1, which came out ages ago.Well now there proof that people are only buying up these plots to sell them for twice the price - at the moment there is two listings in PF on Hyperion.

But yea, there are honest and dishonest plot sellers.
