Blank Launcher

I am in the US and i still cant even get to the launcher. I've been getting boot error since friday. I really dont understand. What is VPN?

Proxy may have been a better word to use.

Note that this may not be a firewall on your system, it could be something in your networking hardware as well... like your router or modem/router combo.

I disabled all firewalls, even the one on my router. No effect. Besides, a firewall wouldn't explain why it only recently changed.
