Im going to get everything to 50, then more or less finish up loose ends for quests and what not, beast tribe dailies, etc, etc. But once the initial crash in subs and players happens here, and it is going to happen, that's when you find other things to play, then check back later. I love this game, my only gripe is the Housing Debacle. Had they been honest, and broadcasted their intentions well before the patch, it would have greatly softened the blow. I can understand server limitations and the difficulty of the situation at hand, but misdirecting and borderline deceiving your customers doesn't make for a fun experience. Long story short, this game has pissed me off, its made me extremely happy in some aspects, so I am going to continue on with it, until I get bored, then I will move on to something else, then come back. I cant count the times I went between FFXI and WoW.
But I have no intention of going back to WoW, ever. So, I am going to enjoy this ride, and when it runs out of gas, I guess I will be walking to the next thing. I suspect that the devs know more than we do about whats going on, perhaps they know there is going to be a mass temporary exodus from the game, and they don't want to invest time and money into the game at this point? Its a safe business strategy, but to me, if you don't believe in your product enough to invest all you can into it, then why should I? Something to think about when you are looking for the next new thing...
