Pretty sure all that's happened is the people who you saw AFK in towns etc are either not AFKing in game any more cause they have Destiny or Archeage to play, or they are AFK in their personal or FC house, as someone already mentioned. Come 2.4 things will probably liven up a bit. Maybe even more than ever, cause of rogue/ninja.
