how do you know that they are infact RMT?
Healer strike is ridiculously foolish and accomplishes nothing

If you report them because you suspect them of RMT, they will start an investigation which will include checking server side chat logs, /tells from GMs (STF will tell them to do it) and checking if they obsessivly sell things that could look suspicious.
If they can get proof the players are botting they can ban them, but because they dont ban without evidence this procedure is neccecerry, and if the RMT are smart they will cover thier tracks, mainly by not afk botting.

You mean "Lalconj One", "Lalconj Two" and "Lalconj Three", led by "Groupblue Leader"?how do you know that they are infact RMT?

IF you can't prove that they are RMT, you can't ban them. It's unfortunate, but simple truth.
They aren't even botting, mind you, it's some guy in a basement multiboxing, and multiboxing isn't against most MMORPG's rules.

I know they do actually take action and contact people, because I had a buddy get contacted before because he was reported, but I don't know if they take any further action.
I don't even know who buys anything for this game anyways...
Oddly enough, I dont think Ive EVER seen one of your retainers ;v
In ff11 there were massive bans without warning on a crazy amount of suspected and confirmed RMT accounts. What resulted was a heavy market crash that eventually stabilized, and severely diminished RMT activity from then on. They honestly have bigger things to be worrying about at the moment. They'll get them eventually assuming this game survives.
