Hello, everyone! First and foremost, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to check out this recruitment thread. With that said...

The Royalz is a longstanding, multi-gaming guild that has accomplished many things as a team. We all set focus and have a common goal, oftentimes progressing through the end-game in the most efficient manner possible while still retaining the friendship and enjoyable factors each and every game has to offer.

Throughout the course of our journey, we've become well established in a variety of games and have truly built a bonding and constantly growing community. For A Realm Reborn, we're looking to be one of the best and we need your help!
Our guild thrives on some very common points that we believe most teams should aspire to accomplish but oftentimes do not.

* Respect for the individual

To avoid drama and build bonding, we appreciate when our members work things out in a step-by-step process so there is no anonymous, seething hatred that may be destroying bonds. We are a team after all.

* Competing and thriving in a reasonable manner

We believe accomplishing our goals in a anything way that doesn't totally demolish your body or your life is best. While we will be working hard to progress through content as efficiently as possible, we also understand that "burn-out" is a very real thing, and can often hinder a guild more often than not. With that said, we do expect you to perform up to the standard of your other members.

* Realizing the game is for enjoyment

A common misconception that plagues even the brightest of teams is to do things you simply don't enjoy within the team. While we primarily focus on hardcore progression, we welcome every individual, given a reasonable application. Even the largest salaried e-sports pros understand that if you aren't having fun, you will not do well. If you're not enjoying yourself, talk to anyone in the guild and we'll be open to discuss how you may enjoy your time here more.

Last but not least, while most guild decisions are democratic, we do run a ranking hierarchy system that has its own sets of rules that can be seen in the "rankings" section of our page linked below.

PROGRESSION: Turn 9 cleared (server 2nd with a full Free Company, server 3rd overall)

PRIMARILY LOOKING FOR:
Any members that can hold their own weight in combat. We are mostly bolstering the guild population for now and will turn new "socials" into statics where we can. We don't have many actives now, but look to grow and remain tightly knit.
Also looking to start a second static. Feel free to talk to me and discuss your experience in coil.
