From my experience (on my data center), the people in team A and C generally know their roles are to secure manor and temple. Sometimes they go for the closest enemy OP then back to A/C which is just fine.

Almost every time I get team B, everybody thinks they have the best plan in mind, end up disagreeing and a minute later everyone is all over the place Yolo-swag-soloing and dying every 30 seconds for the rest of the game.

As I said, if people are willing to switch classes when required, that's great. Personally, I'm quite willing to change between DPS and Healer as necessary. But if a different alliance to my own has a bad formation, no matter how many classes I level up, there's nothing I can do about it. If only I could switch, I would gladly move to another alliance if it helped the team as a whole.

Not every player has multiple classes levelled to 50. And as frontlines is supposed to be a more casual approach to PVP, I don't think it should be expected of everyone.

And no doubt, a large part of the problem is due to player attitudes; some people refuse to change classes even though they can (especially now that people want to power up their Novus weapons for their main class). But leaving things as they are wont change player attitudes either.

The way I proposed would at least help when there are a few people in the group who are more team spirited.
