"Call to Arms" quest not completing.

After having done both "Into the Dark (Ul'dah)" And "Imperial Devices (Ul'dah)" I decided to go through and start doing some of the Side-quests in Ul'dah. I went to the Glad Guild and picked up "Call to Arms." After doing all that was asked, i turned in all the names but at the end I could not complete the quest. The npc Fruhybolg said, "Thank you, friend. You've done more than I hoped. Please, take this as payment." So i assume that the quest was finished but i received no completion and it still sits in my log unfinished. Is this because I already finished all the company quests before coming to do this one?

Also, make sure your inventory isn't full... he gives you an item and if you can't take it the quest won't finish.
