Shinra technologies and ffxiv

No longer having to deal with limited resources for instances, wards, losing times, exc. Sound fantastic.

It's an interesting thought, possibly combining ShinraTech with FFXIV. But the entire game's framework would have to be converted over, which would likely mean rebuilding the game from scratch, which I am sure Yoshida doesn't want to have to do again.

Though this does bring about a lot of possibilities for future titles, provided the hardware is able to handle the kinds of traffic this could end up generating. And if the FFXIV servers on opening day are any indication, let's hope ShinraTech knows what it's doing.

Avalanche and Shinra teaming up in the gaming industry? But wait! I thought they were part of a game! Oh wait they are, FFVII and FFXIV coming together to make a new system? Sure as hell would be interesting. Lets just hope Shinra Inc doesn't decide to start mixing human and alien DNA and splicing together a supersoldier with plans to summon meteor and destroy Earth, I dont think Cloud and company will be around to save us!
