Savage coil group LF 2 exceptional DPS and 1 tank. Tue, Thur 6-10:30pm EST. Fri starting at 6pm and running late for our main progression night. Monday as a backup night. Looking for people who don't require much additional attention to their own personal job mechanics (efficiency, dps, etc) to perform, and are to the point of learning mostly boss mechanics. Alts/new main jobs will be considered if there are noticeable strides to perfect your gameplay. This group is aimed for upper tier content as it releases, moving to one raid day per week once content is on farm. Transfer refunds dependent on player skill and dedication.

Requirements:

• TeamSpeak/Mumble & headset (Not open speakers with a microphone to hear our voices echo a million times. Non push-to-talkers, also looking at you. Will only take very exceptional console players.)
• Out of game contact for late days and other issues
• The drive to finish difficult content, regardless of reward (current savage)
• Brain cells (at least two)

One thing I see many groups fall to is the idea that players feel the need to bash others that are not doing well. This does not help, and will be dealt with by a simple kick or weekly bench. If someone is not doing well, you can count on them being removed in the near future, with or without your input. No amount of skill is worth toxicity.
