Role playing Linkshells and Free Companies

I'm just curious about what kind of roleplaying community there is on Brynhildr, as sometimes it seems my linkshell "The Lorekeepers" is the only roleplaying around... I just want to get a better idea of what kind of roleplayers are out there, whether they're serious lore-centric roleplayers, or just crazy for the fun of it adventure scenarios (I saw someone shouting about Fat Chocobo vs Regular Chocobo armies and calling it roleplay)

The Lorekeepers are a serious, roleplay group that are good friends and chat out of character a lot, but also have a nice close-knit In Character familiarity.

What other groups are there?

We are always open to new members that are interested in RPing, but a lot don't really get into it...

I made a Wiki to help try and keep track of people's characters. We don't have that many people and a few of us have multiple characters. A few are close friends that don't want to RP but enjoy seeing the RPs.

Well she COULD Server hop if she was so inclined. We have been getting some more members that still need to get their feet wet, and I haven't updated anything on the wiki for a bit... need to do that...

This might sound like a random question, but how would I go about joining the LinkShell? I had a LinkShell myself, but I couldn't figure it out.

I RPed some on [that other game that I shall not mention here, but you probably know what it is]. I used to be really serious about it, but some people got so emotional that they'd curse each other out OOC, so I generally try to be laidback and easygoing about it anymore.

We're easygoing, but serious about RP at the same time. We don't like people that will chew out in OOC (if you have a problem with someone, that's what /tells are for) We also don't like drama outside either, we want to keep things fun. Almost anyone is a leader, so if you search out someone in the LS online they can invite you or get someone else to (only the newest members don't have the ability to invite)

I have always been curious about it, but I've never managed to get completely into the ffxiv RP scene, which is a shame because it's something I am definitely interested in.
