"Bonus Light" windows to level your Novus to Nexus

I'd like to start a thread to inform the general population who are leveling their relic to reach Nexus about which instances yield bonus light. If you don't know what I'm talking about you guys can search other Nexus upgrade info threads to figure out the details.

For my friends and I, we tend to farm Primals HM because the bonus yield makes gentle light become Bright light (which is about twice the value). There are other threads on reddit that gives you real value.

Basically these bonus dungeons are chosen randomly every 2 hour(i.e 12-2,2-4 always even numbered hours). If you walked into a hard mode primal and you attained Bright Light, that dungeon is in it's two hour bonus window because you would normally attain Gentle.

I'd like to use this thread to share which Dungeons are currently in Bonus. Please post a reply if you gained bonus light reward here.

1. The 2 hour windows don't share a daily schedule. (It almost seems that every 2 hours few different instances are picked at random)
2. Same instances can be picked twice in a row (making a 4 hour block)

P.S: If any of you guys have information to share... Please feel free to do so. That'll help a lot!. [and also state which time zone you are referring to]

Alternative Suggestions to farming "Bonus Light Window Instances"

nah the fastest people (who already have nexus) just spammed 1 light capewest wind. and didn't go hunting for the bonus.

Tip: Check last page to see if others found the bonus.

Time: 8pm - 10pm (eastern)

ive yet to have less than "brilliant light" for Frontlines.

Not sure if this is an everyday occurence, but last night between around 11:30pm-12:30am CST, Garuda HM was giving the bonus.
