Thank you for the information and I do believe it will explain most of the issue. And yes, many things are indeed overcharging at this moment or since last tuesday. But I'm trying to find logic behind this:
Same house, same time, same router, boyfriend upstairs on PC and wifi, IP adress (fictional except last digit) 183.254.0.1
my laptop wifi, ID apdress (again fictional except last digit) 183.254.0.2
PS3 wired, IP adress (blabla) 183.254.0.3.
I just don't know if Sky (our ISP) is selecting the two first IP's for one route (which is not stressed as they don't lag at all) and the last one belonging to PS3 to a diferent route when they all come from the same customer/router (diferent IP's but all consecutive), or if my case is PS3/patch specific.
