Can we please please please have an option to filter out tells, shouts, and friend requests from any player who's highest level class is level one?

Who really wants to be friends with some level one git named Abaframamama Klupiat even if they did ever set foot outside of Ul'dah or wanted to do anything but charge up my credit card?
