You obv know little about jobs (clearly SMN) and don't even mention the abundance of time it takes BLM to cast, if they get to(lol). It takes 5secs to setup SMN burst and 1.5-2secs to perform it(second energy drain is just a buffer). I wonder if you even know what it is, you obv have never done it. 12+ second setup? Say no more, go home kid.

Plus, your BLM burst is weak and easily negated. So you cast a fire starter proc, then wait for the 'gcd' to swift cast a flare? So during that gcd let me cast a quick cure II on myself or whoever is getting targeted by the burst. There is a faster burst that can be done by BLM in a frame of 1sec, you should learn it.

Come to think of it, do you even know what a 'burst' is? You go on about how you can cast flares and fire III(2:5 proc chance buddy), but over a spand of multiple gcds. Yes it's possible to do heavy damage over time as BLM, but w/e you stated is not considered a 'burst'. Takes way too long to perform. Burst are meant to kill and give minimum time of recovery.

Also, in case you haven't noticed, Im talking about SMN burst capability, not how often it can be done. I know BLM has good burst(not the way you do it), it just isn't as potent as smn's.
