Question concerning a hairstyle

So I looked at the Aes today, and I tried the lightning hairstyle because I wanted to see how it looked. I encountered the issue where the hair just...floats about 5 inches off of the 3D model. Will there be any plans to fix this? I RP on Balmung and this doesn't seem like it should happen since it looks like it was meant to rest on something.

That at least gives an explanation as to why the hair is like that, I guess after using it for 2 days I don't really notice it now, but still just for future reference I do think that bottom part of the hairstyle needs to lay flat on the shoulder.

If you are refering to the sides and back of the hair not laying flat or perfectly lining up with the neck and shoulders of a character this might have been done intentionally to prevent excessive clipping with different armors, body types, etc.

I think you might be right, when I wear things like my Steel Cuirass I don't see it that much, but when I'm in something like my Coatee set when I am mining, it bugs me if I do a close up
