    Subscription Renewal on Wrong Service Account because: square-enix.com/account/app

    Hi ALL,

    I have a problem since I got mislead by using secure.square-enix.com/account/app according to following steps. Because I get redirected wronlgy via the picture of FF XIV A Realm Reborn y subscription now is activated on FF XIV.

    Step1:
    go to https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app

    Step 2:
    Select Service

    And during this step it went Wrong!
    Step 3:
    Press on the picture of A Realm Reborn

    (Instead of going to my ARR service account it went to my Final Fantasy XIV REGULAR account)

    Step 4:
    Subscription Payment Timecard

    I would like to know what I can do to change the Subscription that now went active on my Final Fantasy XIV service account to the Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn service Account.

    I feel I got mislead by using the Select Service via https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/acctop

    I hope I am at the right place for help. I searched hours in support threads but didnt see what i am looking for.

    Btw:
    I think website should be tested properly.
    If a user clicks on Service Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn, don't direct the user to service Final Fantasy XIV.......

    I don't see anything wrong with it. I followed the same steps you did and it lead me to Mog Station with the correct account

    Do you have same setup/configuration like me? I have bought ARR and Legacy?

    I can show you step by step screenshots of the steps if needed that point out it directs me to LEGACY and not ARR.

    Yes I have a service account of the 'flopped' Final Fantasy XIV I bought that copy years ago
    And I have a service account of Final Fantasy XIV ARR.
    When I have a closer look I see I got two tabs 1/2
    1 = Legacy
    2= ARR

    When I press the picture/link Final Fantasy XIV ARR (from the link i posted initally) I assumed it guided me to my ARR service account (2) which it didn't, instead it directed me to my Legacy account (1).
    It's very unlogical for me, because on the same page of the picture/link there is a link to Final Fantasy XIV (LEGACY)

    This is how I accidently do a Subscription Renewal on my Legacy account which is dead for over a year....

    I had a legacy account as well(no legacy status) but that was replaced with the ARR account.

    I also have 2 tabs but one is FF14 and the other one is FF14 beta

    I am curious why mine didnt got replaced with ARR?!
    After 2 days Support writes they cant help me via e-mail so next step is chat, I keep my fingers crossed

    I do understand the issue now it has been cleared up. It seems my FF Legacy got upgraded for free to ARR (I didn't know that else I wouldn't have bought a new copy of ARR).
    Though support said they forward the issue wrongly renewal of my Timecard to head office and I would get a response within a 4 days. It has been 10+ days now and I try contact again.
