Alternative to Personal Housing... Farms!

A farm is instanced, you cannot look to your left and see someone else working on their farm. You cannot stroll down a street and see how your neighbor's garden is doing at a glance.

Not everyone likes to show off. Besides, I'm more into functionality than aesthetically.

Not that I don't care about personal housing. When I do have the chance, I would love to enjoy the perks of it.

But gardening is a whole different thing. You like majority locked out of having the chance earning their own gardening if they're unable to have personal house or need to be in FC which even need to queue in line just to have their chance of gardening (and who knows what happen if FC senior decide to makes things more difficult)?

Is this personal housing thing about farming or actually people wanting to decorate houses?

Seem to be seeing a lot of people ranting about 'farms' more than the actual house itself.

I've got an FC house and personal room and, in terms of making an in-game home and decorating, those are sufficient.

But it would be nice to have a gardening spot of my own.

If you offer content, especially paid content, the content must be available/obtainable to EVERYONE, even if it means us players have to work for it.

The content has to be in form so that it is us the players who makes the final option to play it or not. Personal housing on the same limited space of FC housing isn't doing that, and the lack of server resources isn't an acceptable excuse either.
