[dev1123] Improvements to the Action Bar and Unit Frames

Both are still in development, and therefore subject to change.

Action bar graphics will be enhanced to improve overall visibility. In addition, player and party unit frames will also be adjusted for the same reason.

I am glad that you are making the action bar easier to see, but thats not its main problem. It keeps going inactive on me because I don't use target lock. I don't use target lock because I don't want my camera forced behind me where I can't see anything. Please change it so that it is locked active when your character is in active mode. And I don't mean just visible, I mean ACTIVE. When I am in active mode the only thing I want my arrow keys to do is scroll ability bars. I am tired of being in active mode and trying to scroll my ability bar and instead I am changing target modes. PLEASE PUT ALL TARGET MODES AND SUB MODES IN THE MENU. There is no reason to use the arrow keys to change modes. I can't stress this enough, the arrow keys should be used for scrolling the ability bar and menu navigation ONLY. Or just give the ability bar its own keys all together, OR REMOVE THE ARROW KEYS FROM THE FIXED KEYS SECTION IN THE CONFIG that would fix everything. Let us choose what the arrow keys do, the only way you are going to make everyone happy is %100 full customization.
