I am not completely deaf, but I do have trouble hearing out of one ear. I have to keep my sound so loud that my friends on voicechat often ask me why they can hear themselves (because my earphones are THAT loud). But, there are a lot of mechanics in this game that are made easier through listening. One example that comes to mind is knowing exactly where Leviathan will dive from. So, now everyone has a way to have that indication, even if they cannot hear the noise itself.

I do wish there was a way to adjust the colored bars that show up without affecting the sound itself, though. For example, seeing the waves of music is pretty useless, to me, functionally in a fight. So I'd like to turn those bars off (they are blue). As far as I understand it, the only way to get rid of it would be to disable background music completely.

Anyway, that's just my thoughts on it. I thought the team that developed this might want to have some feedback and praise for a very cool accessibility setting that not many other games are offering. I'd also like to know what other hard-of-hearing people think.
