Are you looking to make a t9 farm group? If not, what's the lowest t9 exp you are looking for in new recruits?

I don't expect a group of new players to be able to farm t9. I'm hoping to have at least T6-T8 on farm within the first day so we can progress T9. I will accept lower experience than that if necessary.
