Low level Fates for low level classes

It completes the Fates faster alright. Like I said, in a level 10 Fate, a i100+ archer or even monk will one-shot all the mobs as soon as they appear before a conjurer can even get a single cast off.

Even worse with a i100+ BLM or SMN with Blizzard II, they'll AoE everything in the area, FATE-related or not! D;
