Atma weapon got to the wrong class

Hi, i dont know if its the right place to post this, and if not i apologize, but after a loong time farming atmas i accidentally misclicked and exchanged the 12 atmas for a Artemis bow atma, not what i wanted, i wanted the Thyrus Atma, as i have 6 zenith weapons, there is anyway that i can have my atmas back, in exchange for my artemis bow atma? any GM that could help me? thanks in advance

You can contact a GM in game. If you go to Actions and Traits (pressing 'P' on a PC, not sure about Playstation) and look for the "Support Desk". You can contact one there. Keep in mind the GM's can only do so much, they may or may not be able to help you out.

Heya Sighearth,

You have a one-time Item Recovery per account. What they can do is to exchange it with something of similar value or less.

Even if they implemented Desynthesis, seems they cannot convert one item back into 12 small pieces.

Since Thyrus Atma is what you are looking for, they might be able to trade it.

Please remember it's only once; as to not make any other mistakes like this one and double-check before proceeding.

I would suggest getting into the game as well and submit a ticket for it.

*been a while but wasn't there another window that popup and ask you to confirm if it's really the trade you want to proceed with?

Then it would have been 2 clicks by accident.
