Housing Guest Sign-in Book Suggestion

So with the implementation of personal housing, I have spent a lot of times going through houses to get some cool furniture ideas and see what others have come up with. The only problem is that a lot of times, people aren't home! I think it would be a good idea to add some sort of sign-in book as a tabletop item or something like that, where people can interact with it and leave a brief message for the owner. Whether it's an "I came to visit you" message, or an "Oh wow, I like this furniture combo! Good job!". I don't know how difficult it would be to add something like this, but if it's at all possible, I think it would be pretty neat.

This sounds like an awesome idea! It would also help build the housing community by giving another way to interact with our neighbors. Since if the player is offline or in a dungeon, and they're not on your friends list, you can't send them a message. This would be a great way to work around that.
