NA: Las Vegas Fan Festival 2014 Update Your World Info!

We’ve recently extended the ticket information edit deadline to September 5th, and wanted to be sure to remind you to double-check your purchase information through the Eventbrite system.

If you were one of the lucky 1800 individuals who purchased early access tickets, we’ve updated the system to allow you to select your world name to display on your entry badge.

If you’re unsure how to check/edit your information, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Eventbrite account at www.eventbrite.com/login. (You can create an account if you have not yet done so.)
2. Hover your mouse over the smiley face and select My Tickets.
3. Next to your Fan Festival 2014 ticket select View Order.
4. In the right upper-hand corner select Edit.
5. Review the information on each ticket and made edits as necessary.

Editing your world name:

1. Select your Data Center info (if this is already selected, you will need to select it again to make the world pull-down appear)
   *If the world pull-down still doesn’t appear, try selecting the wrong data center, and then reselecting the correct one
2. Once you select your Data Center, a new pull-down for World will appear, select your primary character’s world.
3. Save your information.

Correct, this is for the Las Vegas event. We've added that to the title!

Make sure you finalize any details you need to edit on your account, this includes adding the World information if you have yet to add it!

For the Friday registration...will there be services to do it on Saturday by chance? Work may prevent me from attending Friday.

if someone else purchased my ticket for a group purchase.. only they could have edited it right? cuz before when i looked email and check site it said my friend's name instead of mine for ticket purchaser but there was still ticket under my name...?
