Can't believe I'm saying this but I agree with OP to a point. In a perfect world I would say it's free game but this isn't a perfect world and we have limited server space for housing it seems. Both FCs and players need to be limited to one house per server for the greater good.

I would just be happy if personal housing had a cross-character bank. But of course Squeenix basically has given the finger to anyone who wants to have more than one character.... despite allowing us to pay for that "privilege."

Due to "server limitations" this should have been implemented ages ago . They know the space is limited and from a game design perspective their goal should be to ensure less players are affected by this space issue

One house per server for a single account is enough to play that content. Agreed 100%.

Claiming to be allowed to own multiple houses is not for enjoying content but only for greedy purpose, as multiple gardening and why not, to lol in face of all people locked out. Locking to one house per server does not locks you out the content, but allow that content to more players. Spend your Gil elsewhere.

But, this is like a religious war, both sides wants keep their reasons and no one will want change is opinion. It is all in hands of SE.

One party wants housing locked to one per server, the other party wants all as is and allowed to buy as many houses they want if have the Gil and land is free. Which one, SE?

Regardless, it's rather easy to make money in this game and could have bought a medium instead of multiple smalls, those complaining that only the rich were able to buy houses are just lazy.

Those complaining about space, deal with it, you should have been online when the servers were up if you wanted the house. First come first served.

Small houses aren't too bad, but medium houses shouldn't cost 10x as much... Thanks to that we get selfish people like you buying multiple lots making the space issue even worse.

Not to mention their space comment... Yeah sure let me tell my boss I can't come in due to trying to buy a personal house.

Anyone person/FC that buys a house is being selfish because that means nobody else can buy that plot. Anyone that rolls on any dungeon drop is being selfish.

I have no problem with only being allowed one personal house, if they add in a personal chest item that works like the company chest, and allow me to sell my plots of land. Until then, I'm gonna hold onto both my houses, and get a couple more in the near future.
