Improvements to the Action Bar

I'm have a little feedback on the action Bar.

I would love to have the option to expand all three rows vs. having to scroll. For me I find it harder to set up a good attack because I'm trying to scroll between 3 rows. It would be a lot easier to have it all right there.

The next thing and this may just be me. Can you turn off the explanation when you highlight an attack?

I also am having an issue with three banks of action bar. I use the mouse when i play to target/camera, so anytime i use the right mouse button to change camera after the action bar is displayed, I can no longer use up and down to change banks. I've died more times than i can count because of this, and it is really starting to piss me off. Macros help, but its ridiculous writing one line of syntax for one move that is already on the action bar. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed asap imho
