They should also consider Personal Apartments for players who want a Personal customizable home (Separate from their FC Housing apartments) but can't afford personal Housing nor not enough room for more player housing.

As of now one of the greatest limits for housing is the Limited amount of space for player housing. Due to this even with cheaper price that all players can obtain a Personal House there is not enough land for all players to buy their own house.

With a Personal Apartment they can obtain somthing equel to a Small House but since it is a personal Apartment it will be limited to in door Housing items.
