I'm all for being specialized in one class in one way or another, and I expect no less from the crafts. I expect to be able to make my alchemist unique from others who don't "Specialize" in it.

As others have already pointed out, this is all wildly speculative, and I think it's extremely unlikely SE would consider limiting you to capping only a single crafting class at this point. I mean, hey, I've been wrong before, but considering that with each patch they release about half the playerbase ragequits (or at least threatens loudly to do so), penalizing all the players who have stuck with it this long and capped multiple craft classes would be... well, insane.
I wouldn't be against some sort of extension of this supposed job system wherein if I chose to "master" Culinarian I got some kind of 'leet culinary magicks (Fricassee II ftw!) that were otherwise unavailable, even if it meant that I couldn't get the same benefits for any other crafting classes at the same time.
But, enough wild speculation and hypotheticals, just give me my Bikini!
(I do want Fricassee II now though)
