Highlight unseen chat, not unselected channels

The highlight for unselected chat channels receiving text is a nice start. But I think it would make more sense to highlight channels with text that hasn't shown up in other channels yet. Or make that a selectable option.

I've got both FC and LS chat in my main "General" tab. I also have them by themselves on a separate tab, so I can read just those without shouts, progress messages, etc. cluttering them up. This tab is constantly highlighted now.

Or make an option to just disable the highlighting completely for each individual tab.

I would very much love to have the option to turn that green notification off. Having my chat channels constantly being alerted is annoying!

sadly this implementation is not very useful on the PS4. the entire UI needs a re-vamp. all they did was recycle the PS3 UI, added a couple of elements and then scaled it up. at least that is how it seems. either way, the tab names are so small it's hard to even notice the change in color.
