Yes, don't spam skills. Patiently wait for your cooldown expire.

Doing that will result in a pretty big loss of dps. You should always be queuing your next ability when the GCD is almost done. And hitting it a millisecond too early happens often enough, to me anyways.

In my defense, the image did not display when I posted that.

Additionally though, the pvp skill error and no target error are pretty important, unlike the cooldown and so on. They may have simply been overlooked though.
