The new poses are passive combat stances, for when *there's no mobs around* wouldn't make much sense for you to stand around with your hands behind your head, when Titan is standing in front of you.
They could add it to your normal passive stances, but wouldn't make sense for you to pull out your weapon, for nothing.
Just use R1+L1, to draw wep, without selecting a target, or use the R2/L2+L1/R1, to switch target, without risking attacking.
