    Give rewards for spreading attacks

I think SE should create some kind of bonus point reward in FL for attacking different factions, not training the same one for the entire game.

Maybe a kind of memory system? Like say if your team owned a node that was previously controlled by the Adders, you get full points, but if you take two nodes that were both previously owned by the Adders, the second node doesn't give you as many points as the first.

However if you take a node that was owned by the adders and one that was owned by the flames, you get two 100% point nodes

Or you could just add a bonus surge in points for taking a node that was different from your last one.

I don't know just some ideas. I'm saying this because it's frustrating playing flames right now because the adders and the maelstrom just come after us and rarely outright attack each other. It's pretty lame having them both beat us into our OP and then kill us fighting for our OP.

No one else has noticed this? Is it the shape of the map or something? For the last four or five days its been like this. Adders and Maelstrom only advance on the Flames, they almost never advance on each other. There's always 4 groups attacking the flames outpost, its very frustrating, there should be some kind of motivation given to attack another team. I think its become some kind of brainless thoughtless reflex for Adders and Mael to simply go towards Flames without even thinking about it.

There was a tinfoil hat post like this a few months back

Don't worry, you're not getting picked on, there is this mythical place called Allagan manors where the adders and maelstrom kick each others heads in, they dont come together for some light hearted chat after a long day of banding together against the evil flames like you seem to think

Every team is the same, yours isn't special

How about you talk about the actual topic and not come in here to flame? It's a problem that I've been seeing, I proposed quick brainstorm to get rid of it, so even if it isn't a problem if it becomes one there's a solution, why the hostility?

Whatever. Who cares what I say anyway? Just another healer that SE wants to quit the game or switch roles. Bye.

How am i flaming? If you really think that flames are being ganged up on then i suggest you switch to adders or maelstrom, you'll quickly realise that its for same for every team. (A few people complained about the same thing you did and switched, they pretty much instantly realised this)

The map is almost perfectly 3 way symmetrical apart from the odd rock and the different designs of the outer flag nodes.

If Adders decided to move thier manors team to go and fight flames, the maelstrom laugh at the adders, take manors and then keep going to adder outpost because NO ONE IS STOPPING THEM.

They don't say "Oh man the adders arn't here they must be fighting the flames, lets join them", that's not how it works

No one is picking on Flames, people just want to get first place.
Frontlines is a tactical game, people are going to attack and hold the weakest links in the enemies defense. If a GC is failing to hold points, people are going to send forces to take those points from them. Its nothing against the GC, it just a good way to earn score in a domination style gameplay.

Really if a GC fails to push us off the middle point between the two GC OP and doesn't push back to push us off or keep us busy... do not be surprise if the we "pick on" the GC fails to keep us in check.

Thats just the nature of 1v1v1. Someone is bound to be sandwiched.

I'll just leave this here. Two related quotes from that similar thread from months ago that may help ease your worries about some sort of conspiracy.

Going after the GC that's in third place is a valid strategy to extend your lead if you're either in second place or first place.

No matter what GC you are and no matter what place you're in, it's advantageous for the other two GCs to assault you. You will see this, without doubt, as you PvP. It is no conspiracy, nor is it any sort of real plan, it's just basic tactics. And, of course, if your GC is the one that's always assaulted, then you're likely always at 1st place early-midway into a game or have some terrible luck.

Thus is the nature of 3-Way Free For All Faction-based PvP.

It's a sort of instinct to go after the one with the largest advantage en force, so that's what you'll see a lot of people doing. That's why you're most likely to be hit if you're in first place, regardless of lead [and even if they have no chance of catching up].
