    One possible solution to the Housing problem from patch 2.38

    First off I'm really dissappointed in how the devs implemented the personal housing feature by having FC and individuals compete for land. I have no problem with the pricing of the buying a house. so heres what I propose; Create a seperate intance soly just for the 1 player and they can choose what size house they want and where they want to live and have it work like they do in Private chambers. That will be the best way, so FCs don't have to compete litterally in minutes with the high rollers in the housing wards, Everyone has access to buying to house and less constain on the servers.

    How about they revamp city inns? Make it the size of an old small, have one or two pot for gardening and a max of 25 to 35 items (for server isses). This would be the free mog house every seems to want.
