You still listt 18 large, 42 medium, and 120 small per server, when the numbers given by ZodiacSoldier (72, 168, 480) are correct. 18 is the number of large plots in one city with 6 wards.

The giant "new" graphic must be a hard to notice or something. I list 18 large, 42 medium, and 120 as the new plots not the plots in total.

New large plots = 3 * 2 * 3 (18)
3 new large plots per ward, 2 new wards per cities, and 3 cities
